  • What Problem Are We Solving

    Organ donation can save lives, but there are many problems in the current system. There is no proper platform that connects donors, patients, and hospitals in one place. Many people want to donate organs, but they don’t know how to register. At the same time, patients who need organs face delays in finding the right donor.

    Most hospitals still use manual methods like paper records and phone calls. Because of this, the process becomes slow and confusing. Important information is not easily available, which increases waiting time and can risk patients’ lives.

    Our project solves this problem by creating a simple Android-based Organ Donation Platform. It allows donors to register easily, patients to request organs, and hospitals to manage all data in one system.

    The primary customers of this platform include hospitals, transplant centers, and healthcare organizations that require an efficient system to manage organ donation and allocation. Secondary users include individuals willing to register as organ donors, patients in need of transplants, and their families.
